‘Being creative is far more thrilling and fulfilling than hanging out in a bar, disco or coffee shop.’
‘I’m recording and writing songs between England and Berlin. I recently supported Suede in Berlin at Huxleys and the Columbiahalle, thanks to their singer Brett Anderson – a very cool person with exceptional hair. I also joined Rufus Wainright onstage in Berlin for a duet and have had my songs spun on Flux FM, and have recorded a BBC radio live session. Onstage and in the studio I’m often joined by guitarist/fellow Englander Lukas Creswell-Rost and American Cellist Natasha Jaffe. I’ve also been directing and photographing some insane yet chic visual action projects featuring contemporary dancers and models, inspired by opera, comic books and pop art. I’ve just completed a photo project for Image Comics to be published in July.’
Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Current residence: Berlin, Kreuzberg.
Singer/Songwriter, musician, producer, labelmanager and owner of Divine Records.
‘the harder you work the luckier you get’
‘I live in Berlin since 2004, and like the relaxed vibe here. If you have some ideas, it’s easy to try them out, there is always an audience for anything. I like to work, and always have 1000 projects.’
